Lenawee County Mural Project | Art-A-Licious

As part of Adrian’s Revitalization and Arts Engagement Collaboratives, a mural will be painted on the Locust Street side of the Fishes and Loaves building in the City of Adrian. Nationally recognized muralist, Martin Moreno, a graduate of Siena Heights University, has been commissioned for this project. You can help design and create this mural.

Join us on June 15 at 6 pm at SHU Dominican Hall Rueckert Auditorium for a community presentation and again on June 17 at 3:30 or 5:30 pm to provide your input. Lenawee Historical Society awarded grant for immigrant project | Adrian Area Chamber of Commerce

The Michigan Humanities Council (MHC) has announced nearly $600,000 in grants to 26 Michigan organizations for the first round of funding for the Heritage Grants program, including $18,000 for the Lenawee County Historical Society. The Lenawee County Historical Society’s project, led by Amy Johnson, a recent Adrian College graduate, will focus on German and Latino populations in Adrian.

113 people attend event to learn about improving Adrian | The Daily Telegram

Garry Clift asked the audience what their common vision of greatness is for the city of Adrian.
“We have to make sure no one’s left out and everybody’s involved,” he said. “I mean we need all hands on deck to make this happen.”
Clift, president of Clift Buick-GMC, talked about the Revitalizing Adrian project to a record 113 people Thursday during the monthly “Adrian in the A.M.” breakfast event.
