Lenawee Now is seeking consultants to work within a grant provided by the Economic Development
Administration. The project is to provide 40 hours of hands-on application of a new ERP system for the
purpose of establishing critical data points for inventory for a Lenawee County manufacturer. Lenawee
Now, the economic development group for Lenawee County, has been awarded funding to help businesses
and communities recover from the COVID-19 crisis. The award also focuses on building resiliency for
businesses and communities so they can thrive.
The consultant(s) will be responsible for providing:
• 40 hours of Hands-On Application of a New ERP System – This hands-on application of using the
ERP system will provide data for the establishment of reorder points, safety stock, economic
order quantities, finished goods and WIP production strategies, supermarket quantities (kanban
levels), and production lead times.
• Consultant will lead ERP efforts and guide existing team in usage and data collection.
