The newly-named TPM® Fellows are a group of leaders that leverage the U.S Chamber Foundation’s TPM framework to overcome the talent challenges in their communities and provide guidance on the continual expansion of the TPM initiative.
This esteemed group features leaders from across the country, representing chambers of commerce, economic development and workforce agencies, education partners, and nonprofit organizations. Individuals were selected based on their contributions to the TPM network including their involvement in supporting a talent supply chain approach through employer collaboratives, their engagement in continued TPM learning opportunities, and their willingness to lend support and mentorship to their TPM peers across the country.
“TPM Fellows provide tremendous value to the U.S. Chamber Foundation and our growing network of TPM partners,” said U.S. Chamber Foundation Vice President Jaimie Francis. “We are grateful for their demonstrated leadership both in their respective communities and to the TPM Network, and we look forward to continuing to learn with them as they strengthen talent pipelines.”

TPM Fellows are also members of the TPM National Learning Network, a network made up of more than 900 people who have graduated from the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s TPM Academy®, a training for those who are committed to building dynamic, sustainable talent pipelines and closing the skills gap to provide better outcomes for students, workers, employers, and education providers.
