Our Mission: Be a catalyst for government collaboration and effectiveness

Our Vision: To be a community that controls its own destiny, has government units that collaborate and share resources in order to be more effective and save tax dollars, and is attractive to new and existing businesses and residents because of its spirit of government cooperation

Key goals for 2013:

  • Create a Buildit Lenawee Web site (Phase 1) by October 2014
  • Prioritize the recommendations of the Citizens Research Council Report, and choose two to pursue, March 2014
  • Develop a process for constructive citizens review of the county administrator’s goals and progress, December 2013
