The former Hamblin Co. property on North Evans Street is now being prepared to host the farmers market this upcoming season, according to city manager Dan Swallow’s report to city council.
Paula Holtz, Tecumseh’s economic development director, said the city in conjunction with the Downtown Development Authority purchased this new site along with two other properties in an effort to direct the future of the important corridor — an entrance into downtown. — The Daily Telegram
