The Lenawee County Commission has granted approval for a business loan to Blissfield-based Borchardt Brothers Market to purchase the former Interlakes Market in Onsted. The store closed more than a year ago.
A business loan to help Borchardt Brothers Market start a grocery store in Onsted received the Lenawee County commission’s stamp of approval Wednesday. A resolution to appoint county administrator Martin Marshall to sign documents for the loan and Lenawee Now representative Tim Robinson to handle paperwork received unanimous votes.
