This workshop is the third of the New Venture Start series in Jackson, MI, and is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are considering starting their own business or are in the early stages of the start-up process.

“Marketing Your Business”, is the fourth course in the series and is key to starting a business. Presenters will provide practical applications of marketing concepts to grow small businesses. Content covers basic marketing tools, including market analysis and research, target marketing, assessing competitors, and key marketing implementation tools. A strategic, well planned approach to marketing is demonstrated, with several examples of effective hands-on marketing techniques. Focus is on the business’s customers – creating and keeping them.
